Integral Wellbeing
Learn the most effective practices
for developing holistic wellbeing

Want to start learning?
Why Integral Wellbeing?
We all want to experience less unnecessary suffering and more lasting wellbeing across all dimensions of our lives: physically, psychologically, socially, culturally, environmentally.
However, most of the advice given online about how to accomplish this is either incomplete (emphasizing one dimension or worldview), unsupported (lacking evidence or time-tested experience), or hard to implement (not focused on behavior change).
The aim of this educational platform is to gather in one place the most effective, evidence-based principles and practices to help you develop sustainable wellbeing across these different domains. The goal is to help you develop new habits and behaviors that will keep enhancing your wellbeing for decades to come.
About
My name is Timo Pieters
I want to help as many people as possible find their deepest wellbeing and fulfillment in life.
I created the Integral Wellbeing platform to share the most valuable principles and practices I have been learning from leading experts over the past 15 years about how to cultivate wellbeing across all dimensions of our existence: physical, psychological, social, cultural and environmental.
My academic background (BA & MA) is in comparative philosophy and religion, specializing in Buddhism. However, the most valuable things I have learned came from the mentors and experts I had the good fortune to study and practice with over the last 15 years. I am forever grateful for their guidance.
